What it is - What the human body cannot hear, it absorbs. Resonance Sound Healing is a truly immersive therapy that uses specially charged tuning forks to provide treatment by vibration. The forks resonate within physical, emotional, mental or spiritual aspects of your body according to your own personal requirements, providing a treatment unique to you. You recline, relax and listen whilst I surround you in a cocoon of sound and vibration.

How it can help - If you’re seeking homeostasis, wish to release stored trauma or are in need of an energy shift, the healing vibration of Resonance Sound Healing will clear blocked energy pathways and restore your body’s harmonious frequencies. As well as working on emotional and spiritual levels, Resonance Sound Healing can also help treat physical injuries. After treatment, you may find yourself feeling more clear-headed and enjoying better sleep. Note that Resonance Sound healing can be delivered in-person or distance.

Length of treatment - 1 hour or 30 minutes. A course of 3 sessions is recommended.
