Facial Reflexology is a soothing, stress-relieving massage where I apply gentle pressure to the areas of the face that correspond with the body’s organs and systems, using light, stroking movements.

This healing and rebalancing treatment boosts well-being and offers a wealth of beauty benefits. The deeply relaxing, slow movements help remove toxins, reduce muscle tension and improve sleep. Your skin will feel plumper and look more radiant.

How it Works

Following a consultation, your relaxing and healing treatment will begin.

Applying the same principles as traditional ‘foot and hand’ reflexology, I will gently massage specific points on your face to soothe and ease away stress. These meridian points correspond with the body’s systems and organs and with delicate manipulation, can stimulate healing.

As well as being deeply relaxing and healing, facial reflexology will nourish and revitalise the skin, demonstrating health and beauty benefits. It is also excellent for those who would like to experience reflexology that isn’t focused on the hands or feet.

A stand alone treatment will be beneficial, however for optimum results, 3 - 6 treatments are recommended.

Cost per session - £55 for 1 hour / £30 for 30 minutes
