About Me
I discovered the magical properties of reflexology twenty-five years ago when I attended a reflexology taster course. During a session I worked on my big toe and incredibly, something went click in my neck. It was such a relief!
Following this Eureka moment, I dipped in and out of reflexology but family and financial ties meant that some time would pass before I could complete my training as a Reflexologist practitioner.
After qualifying as a Reflexologist, I trained in Resonance Sound Healing, a wonderfully soothing therapy I deliver to both humans and animals!
I firmly believe that anything is possible with a relaxed, positive outlook.

My treatments work on so many levels to restore balance and soothe the body and mind. The golden thread that runs through everything I do is my desire to care for the whole self using my intuition and positive energy.
My Practice
My aim as a mobile therapist is to create a tranquil and calming environment. To make your experience extra-relaxing and hassle-free, you can enjoy your treatment in the comfort of your own home. I also offer distance treatments and remote healing. Please get in touch with me for more details.
Your wellness treatment will begin with a discussion of your medical history followed by a chat about what you would like to gain from the therapy.
Then your bespoke pampering experience will commence. If you opt for a home treatment, I will bring a special reclining chair to enable you to get maximum benefit from your treatment.
